SFC can't fix corrupt files and DISM error updated w/ logs

Trying to uninstall some of the Win 10 and Telemetry updates and now run into this issue.

sfc /scannow found corrupt files but could not fix. Ran DISM /online /cleanup-image restore health and I get error "0x800f0906. The source files could not be downloaded."

FWIW I do not have KB3022345, Kb3035583, KB3068708 installed which I believe can cause the sfc error.

I can't seem to attach the zipped CBS.log. I attached CBS log but there are others (cbspersist, cab) that I can't seem to attach. The attached DISM log interestingly was created on 26 Oct. probably right when I was uninstalling an update related to Win 10/Telemetry. I ran findstr /c:"Cannot repair" %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log >"%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt and the file is attached. Multiple runs of sfc so it shows them all. Still seems as if there are lots of errors.

I am sure I will have to upload more logs but as mentioned I seem to be getting errors.

Thank you for that but I fear I may have traded one problem for another. I tried a fix which involved some commands of stopping/starting services and now when running restore health I get:

The operation failed. Either the repair source was not found or the component store cannot be repaired.

Error 0x800f081f

DISM Failed. No operation was performed.
For more information review the log file.

Why don't I learn to leave things alone? Now I fear I am in much deeper.

Pardon my ignorance but where do I find the .zip file mentioned in the link?

I did a few other things to try and fix the new error message but no luck. Also have the SFC issue too obviously. I have new logs and can post them if someone is willing to help.

Or I may just upgrade to Win 10 but I fear the error will carry over as I imagine the upgrade keeps many of the same files (or missing/corrupt in my case) as opposed to a clean install.

Although your issue is missing manifests from windows updates...
Not sure how that would happen. Unless someone can give some advice related to my issues I'm giving up. Computer still works for what I need. My Win 7 machines have no corruption but my 8/8.1 which is the newest does. I use all my computers lightly so this one is frustrating.
