I have installed Windows 8 Consumer Preview, but I can't the screen resolution of 800x600 to choose.

Only 1024x768 is displayed which is greyed out and I can't select any other resolution. However, I have updated the monitor drivers and I am using 800x600 resolution in windows 7.

I wanted because my monitor displays very blurry text on high resolution and causes a lot strain on eyes.

And thanks I have got it and changed my resolution to 800x600px.

Hi Sunveer

If you spend a lot of time in front of your monitor, once it gets blurry or non sharped text, you might have to consider having any affordable new monitor on the first chance. Though you can set it to lower resolution but still it should be able to draw clear lines and texts. Sure, no problem for pictures and movies.
