will scanning a bootable usb can destroy integrity of files in it i.e windows bootable usb?? will this scan can cause any problem during installation

unless it finds a virus nothing should be manipulated (changed) it reads only unless an action is needed and then should ask. You do mean antivirus scan?

yes i mean antivirus scan...i need further more info one of my usb drive is loading slow on computer what could be the possible reason and how to overcome it
