Samsung Laptop Not Charging

I think the laptop is fully functional but it can't charge. It ran out of battery now. I think the power supply is working because there was a green light :D.

Is it caused by a problem in its motherboard?

could be a loose connection with the MOBO power jack - some power jacks are plug in and some are soldered on

Thanks for the reply.

I was thinking about that. I watched a video on youtube of how he fixed his power jack by soldering a loose wire. On the video he said that on some computers, you may not be able to remove the power jack. We'll probably send it to computer repair for now and then try that. :D

the power jack is where you plug the adapter into the pc - that is your power jack
