Solved Runnig out of disk space...7% of free space left.

Ok, good news I have easeus partition master. Some of my problems are with my desktop, but it seems pretty much ok for now, however I think it does need a clean install.

Easeus Partition Master gives error message invalid parameter and reboots without completing re-size operation and merge.

Looks like the best thing for me is a clean install as you said.

I can't get my external usb drive to work, so I may have to back up to dvd's or jump drives. I am going to see if i need new usb drivers and see if that helps.

I just noticed.. You did..

You have no recovery tools..

That is just system (boot) partition and it only needs to be 100MB

If it where me - I would opt for the last resort.. and get a good setup..

Install windows, install MFG drivers - create a custom refresh image

Install my programs - create another custom refresh image.

save both custom images to a USB in different folders - and use those Images (1 clean and 1 loaded) as recovery images.

and then you won't have this much of an issue again..

I am going to do this after I save my media files to usb drives.
