Solved Right click on a windows in the taskbar show some big icon

Hi,
I'm sorry for the title but I don't really know how to explain better my problem. I think it's easier to take a look to the attachment.
The pin and the X are huge! I don't know why and I how to solve the problem.
It's a windows 8.1 with bing installed on a brand new Acer notebook.
I tried to change fonts, themes, show small icons and some other things but no luck.

Does anyone know what can I do?

Glad this was at the top, as I was about to post the same screenshot, mine with the text that shows if the cursor is run up the box. Problem solved.
