Reset Password Iview Tablet?

What is the procedure to reset the password on an Iview Suprapad i700qw tablet running Windows 8.1?

Everything I have found on google and on youtube says either
a) hold the power button and shift key down simultaneously but there is no shift key
b) hold the power button and the back button down simultaneously but there is no back button.

These are useless , unless you are proficient in some advanced computer operation , you need to bypass the Windows login password to access your tablet , in this way , you are be allowed to reset your admin password on Wndows 8
