Remove City Location in MSN IE 10 - NOT Weather APP in 8

When you open IE 10, on the MSN homepage there is a section for the local weather, you can add locations easily! HOw the heck do you remove a location you added???

I am NOT talking about the weather app on the start screen within windows 8, I am talking about when you open IE and the weather is on the base MSN page for IE 10.

I can not find much on the internet on this. HELPPPPPP!!!!!!
