Recovery key

Bought HP Stream 7 tablet in a thrift store. Of course it is locked by previous owner.
When I am trying to reset it asks me recovery key (it shows me key ID and drive label)

Is any chance to fish recovery key out or get the new one and reinstall Windows on my account?

Thank you.

I've never seen one of those so have no idea what options you have for a recovery key - can you get into the bios/UEFI or boot to USB when you power the tablet on - if it has USB you may need a keyboard to get in.

If you can get in the bios then you can probably just reinstall via a bootable USB stick rather than the locked recover.
