Hello, I recently went and purchased an AT2020 and Behringer Xenyx Q502USB Audio Interface to improve my video's but when I go onto TeamSpeak it's ok but then every time I launch CS:GO the volume resets to 100 and I have to tab out and go into my Recording Device and edit the level back to 65 is there anyway to fix this or lock the volume?

Hi Alex, I Would suggest you to check device usage setting under recording device, just follow below steps to check device usage setting

Go to Control Penal -> Click on Sounds -> Then Click on Recording Tab -> Click on Properties

Microphone properties Window will appear on your screen then check device usage setting if it is disable then enable it.

Hope it will solve your problem. Good Luck!!

Sorry for the late reply this did not work however I found another thread on the steam community and I tried it but now the opposite happens and my recording device volume resets to 0 volume every time I load the game.

*Since then I reinstalled steam and my game but it's now resetting back to 100 volume*

This sounds like an application caused problem, rather than an actual "sound" problem.

Posting in the gaming section may be the best forum section for this.

Unfortunately some application software is poorly written and will do things like this. In those cases, there is nothing you can do but manually change it yourself after running that application/game or whatever.
