Hello there. I'm getting random bsods while gaming-browsing or doing just nothing. Not just that, when it restarts and getting back into desktop it freezes and gives me bsod again for about 10-15 times.Everything is updated...No critical events are recorded -as i was getting in the past(fkin kernel 41)-..Thanks in advance :cry::cry::cry::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Run in an admin command prompt following command, make a screenshot of the pop-up that shows within a few seconds and post the screenshot.
Code:
slmgr /dlv

The language is unfortunately quite an issue, because I cannot read the logs at all. I'm unable to find out why no dumps are present in the zip file (issue with saving? or RAM issues? or corruption in settings? or disk issues?).

plus i'm getting a 16GB MEMORY.DMP file everytime this happens
That is because of the recovery settings that your system uses.

There is no guarantee an upgrade fixes issues, my experience is that more likely the issue will be taken over by Windows 10.

Are there files present in C:\Windows\Minidump (or %systemroot%\Minidump)?
If there are, copy them to the desktop, zip them up and upload the zip.
To copy the dumps to desktop, open an admin command prompt, cd to the directory and enter following command
Code:
copy *.dmp "%userprofile%\desktop"

Complete commands, in case you don't know what I meant with 'cd to directory', in admin command prompt enter following commands
Code:
cd\Windows\Minidump
copy *.dmp "%userprofile%\desktop"

Almost forgot, make sure that your Windows installation is up to date with Windows Update!

Windows are updated via windows update but....:@@ What if i format and install new windows 8.1 or whatever(buy new not re-install).Will this remain?I'm pretty sure its about my windows something is corrupted/broken . I've run all the tests to check that hardware is fine and it is.

I've gone a little throught the update log of Windows Update, it appears that Windows is unable to download updates.

I would like to try to help with it, before you attempt to reinstall Windows. Reason is that the BSOD appears to be a hardware error. Basically meaning that Windows has caught a hardware part that malfunctions and unable to resolve the issue. Please note, I'm not talking about a hardware defect or something, only a hardware part that is not behaving like it should. This is because the cause for this crash has quite a range, from drivers, to BIOS, to overheating, to overclocking, to even software. There is a good chance that the issue will be resolved after we get your Windows installation up to date :)

Please run in an admin command prompt following command
Code:
DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth&sfc /scannow
After the command is finished, please let me know if any errors are shown. If so, upload the CBS log file to a 3rd party uploader (dropbox, google drive, onedrive) and post a share link in your next reply, or upload it directly on this site if the size of the file isn't too large.
Run following command in an admin command prompt to get the CBS.log as .txt on your desktop
Code:
copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"

Please run the following command in admin command prompt and upload the dism text file.
Code:
copy %windir%\logs\cbs\dism.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\dism.txt"

CMD responded like this"The system cannot find the file specified". I searched windows directory for the file that you have asked but there is no dism in C:\Windows\Logs\CBS .Although, there is an other separate directory called DISM C:\Windows\Logs\DISM which includes a .txt file.I hope this is the one...View attachment 68799

Do you have your original installation media, or installation media of Windows 8.1 pro?

Please download the MCT.exe from my onedrive, link, and create an ISO for Windows 8.1 pro.
Next, download the IMAGE HEALTH tool from this link, this tool will make running various commands much easier.
Extract the download archive and run the .cmd file as administrator. Mount the ISO and run in the tool option 3, then choose the recommended option.

I'll not be having access to my computer this month...I'll do these steps when i'm back...just informing..Thanks for the help so far..

Hi! The image health tool zip file can't be used. A window pops up saying that it's broken..

Is the exact message 'this program is corrupted/broken'?
