Solved Random mini-freezes possibily related to CPU?

Check to see if all your drivers are up to date.

& perhaps, if you use CCleaner, try the registry cleaner.
I had an issue once & figured it might be coming from the registry.
I used the CCleaner registry tool & it fixed the problem.

I run CCleaner at least once a day, as for drivers i do believe they should all be up to date (or at least the ones from my manufacturer's driver website). Is there a software to check if my drivers are up to date?

I use DriverMax

It works pretty good.

I had 12 outdated drivers and now everything is updated.

Going to test if there's any more freezes.

With the latest version of DM you need to Scan for new drivers.
It's a little buggy, but no biggie.

They have updates regularly-Free.

I do have a question regarding DM though. When in the Downloaded Drivers section, will it re-install every driver when i click select all and install?

NOTE---

I like to install drivers 1 at a time just in case it's the wrong driver.
If there is a problem it offers other drivers to try.

That's only happened to me once in the past several years.
Usually it picks the right driver.

Run task manager and resource monitor. Check if the disk, CPUs, or memory, network, are running at 100%. Culprits for my laptop include defrag, n360, Tiwork, which sent disk activity to 100%. These froze my machine after a few upgrades. The issue resolved after running for a while.

What is the normal temperature for the motherboard?
Here is the temperatures right now currently.

Idle: 50*C
Browsing Internet/Etc: 55*C
Gaming: 60-70*C may be higher,
