Random BSOD's while using Google Chrome & playing games!!!

Hey guys. I've been getting BSOD's VERY frequently now. This all started about a month ago. I receive a blue screen on my Gateway desktop about once a week now. It's terrible. I'm thinking that it's a hardware issue but, I'm still not sure.
It'll BSOD during random times while I'm using GChrome. Also it frequently BSOD's while I play an online game, by the name of "League of Legends."
This problem is geting very severe now and I have no idea what to do. I downloaded BlueScreenView, and it highlights in red 2 files to look out for: "ntoskrnl.exe" and "win32k.sys".

Also. With a BSOD that occured at 3/28/2013 9:19:40 PM, The BlueScreenView said that it was "caused by: win32k.sys", and by the address: "win32k.sys+cd735"

Any assistance here would be absolutely fantastic. Because my family and I are really suffering very much from theses frequent BSOD's, and neither of us know what to do.

Thanks in advance.

P.Ss: I've attatched a zip file of my blue screen dump file using SF diagnostic tool

Razer GameBooster is known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems. Please uninstall it to test and see if that's the cause.

I see traces of AVG and Kaspersky on the system. Please use the removal tool here to remove all traces of AVG: Antivirus Uninstallers Only use one anti-virus and one firewall at a time (to include the inbuilt one's that Windows has).

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Thanks for the quick response, and awesome assistance!!!

So...
What I did was uninstall AVG using the link that you told me. I kept Kaspersky, so that I only have 1 antivirus software on my CPU, as you suggested.
Now, you said that I needed to either un-install or update "PxHlpa64.sys," correct? Well I clicked the link at the bottom of the post that you sent, but it didn't direct me to any download or anything like that. So I looked online for any updates for that file, but to no avail. should I just uninstall it? Also, if I do un-install it, will it affect my ability to play CD's and DVD's in my CPU? Also, I don't need to update/ un-install any other drivers, correct?

If it helps, I have this program called ImgBurn, that allows me to burn DVD's and CD's, and create/write .iso files. Could this be a culprit for my BSOD's? Should I uninstall it?

Thank you so very much, usasma.

PxHlpa64.sys acts as a filter driver in your system. Getting rid of it has, in at least one instance, resulted in an unbootable system (luckily the poster had taken precautions, so they were able to restore the system easily). BTW - I've changed the description at the link for that driver in the DRT.

In most cases this driver isn't a problem. I suggest that you don't do anything with it right now - and see if all the other steps will stop the BSOD's

There's no specific link for this program at the DRT as there's no specific program that it's associated with. It's used in many different CD/DVD programs - and uninstalling them all probably isn't very practical.

I suggest that you:
1) uninstall Razer GameBooster
2) uninstall AVG
3) wait to see if the above 2 steps stopped the BSOD's.
