Random BSODs and system freezes after reinstalling Windows

Hello,

Since the past month, ever since I reinstalled Windows on my PC (I reinstalled it because I couldn't get past the bootup animation),it's been going haywire! My PC gets BSODs at random intervals each time with a different code :sleepy:.

Also, I would like to add that my PC stopped booting up after I had to force shut it down (PC wasn't responding ) .But earlier than that the PC was in perfect working order.

The BSODs and freezes had seemed to have stopped when I used chkdsk c:/ command once. But suddenly, after 3-5 days my PC has started to freeze and get bsods again (today).
I have attached the file from the log collector
Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Thank you
