I downloaded a free download for Spy hunter 4. I installed it. It took 2 hours to scan my computer. It gets all done, says it has 255 threats, I get to see them. I click "fix it" and NOW have to register it. In order to register it I have to BUY it. $39.99. So if I don't purchase it I will have all the threats still there. Any way i can get the threats removed without spending $39.00? Is it worth $39.00. Also says it is a semiannual automatic renewal...

What program do you like best?????

Thanks!

Get rid of that program, it found those threats on purpose to get you to buy it.

Just use your AV and Malwarebytes to see if they see those same threats, I doubt they will.

Adwcleaner is free also AdwCleaner Download

You're welcome, that's a classic scam move. You don't need any of those programs like that.

If you think you do come here and ask before installing it next time. :)

I don't recommend Spyhunter 4.
