PUA/Smileys.A Unwanted program or Virus

New Member
Please help every time I open google chrome my avira antivirus alert pops out saying "PUA/Smiley's.A has been blocked that may contain an unwanted program or virus. And then I choose to remove it using avira but it still keeps poping out every time i open chrome. I already scanned my computer with avira in both normal and safe mode. I also scanned the google location folder but my avira can't detect anything as well as reinstall chrome and because of that I lost important search history. That's why I don't want to reinstall chrome again. Any tips on what I should do. I'm not good with computers as well as deleting registry files that may be infected so not sure what to do. I'm also afraid to install new softwares so please don't advise that.

This is quite my standard Malware answer as it in most cases cleans up the infection

Diagnostics Test

Malware scan

Please run a threat scan with Malwarebytes*, a full scan with your AV, scan your system with Adwcleaner, Kaspersky TTDSKiller and ESET Online Scanner
*(Uncheck trial version in the installation process)
