Problems with Outlook 2013

Hello,
Lately I have been getting some problem with outlook 2013. The thing is that I can't even open is anymore, it just get's 'stuck' on 'loading profile'. Have been having this problem for one month, and one time the past month it worked fine. I did nothing differently so I don't know what the problem is. No other problems with office, everything works except for outlook. Tried repairing it but keeps telling me that I need to close outlook, even though I haven't opened it, there is an outlook.exe process running in 'details' in the task manager. I can't seem to close is because I get the error that says access is denied. Hope you guys can help me out.

in this situation you can delete the old outlook profile and create a new profile
in order to delete the old profile
access the control panel
under the Control Panel select the mail option under the mail option delete the old profile and create a new profile and configure the email address once again with the correct settings
