I have eliminated 'buytojoy' from my Extensions, Programs and the C Drive. However when I start my PC it adds itself freshly to my Task Manager. I have to get rid of it every morning before I start by removing it from the Task Manager. Can anyone help me please with this frustrating and annoying piece of adware. Thanks Jeff

Have you checked your PC for viruses or other unwanted programs recently? Many viruses can automatically download and install adware without you even noticing. Fortunately, in this situation you did notice.

Thank you for your help. I have done the three steps above but 'buytojoy' still starts in my task manager. Any further help would be appreciated. Kind regards Jeff

Good Day Jeffpoet and welcome,

Please try current suggestions in Previous comments.
The service may not be able to be stopped, So I think you may try suggestions below.
I Believe you may have a service that is running at start/ in regards to this.
I believe you may be able to disable the service that is running via this program (auto runs) by sysinteranls (MS).
explained here:
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902.aspx
As well helping to locate the process and stopping it.
Explained here:

this may help in the removal of the malicious program. As well running this program here Downloading RKill
Can also locate malicious files running and stop their services, and then you can run
the suggested (Malwarebytes)& ADWCleaner to also help with the removal, Recommended in Safe Mode
