Solved Problem during installing updates

Hello frnds, When i check for windows update it shows 3 updates and one optional update is ready, but when i install them it always shows 0 byte and 0% completed. so how much time it take to install?

You will need to give it about 15 to 20 minutes. If it doesn't do anything, cancel the updates and open an administrative command prompt. In command prompt, type in sfc /scannow.

Thanx for answering, I spent 2hrs for installing but nothing happen then I tried ur suggestion and perform "sfc /scannow" command then I got this message "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violation". Did I performed correct command if so then whats now?

You performed the correct command. The good news is that you don't have any corrupted Windows files. The bad news is that we still don't know what is causing this. I think you should try to system restore as shown in this tutorial: http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/4692-system-restore-how-do-windows-8-a.html
