preparing automatic repair loop

i am having same problem when i power on my laptop it will show me preparing automatic repair after that it will show me couldn't repair with same error and i follow steps Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Windows startup settings > Restart > again a loop and again i am trying to choose another options" system image recovery " or system restore i am not able to see my administrator account . what is the quick solution ??

Welcome to the forum is this all runing from the hd if so boot the 8 dvd and try a repair often it cant do it when running from c
