First, if I download an app from an online store , e.g., MS Office Pro 2016, can that program be backed up or copied to disc or thumb drive prior to doing an install, cause if I install, I can't back it up right?
Second, if you can't back it up from the download, can I download to desktop and then back it up?
Third, if a on line retail outlet says I can back it up from their site, how does that work?
The reason for the questions is that I have Win8.1 in which I did in fact download from an online store about a month ago,
but is now giving me problems and I have no backup for troubleshooting. The store will provide a refund but that's not really
what I'm looking for. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
