I have some issues with Windows 8.1 Shell, the biggest one being unable to change title bar text color, which can be problematic with dark title bar. I have tried using alternative Shells in the past, but they have been problematic. Most of them were designed with Windows 7 in mind and so lack adequate support.

Hey, download UX Style and install. Then download this Deviant Art Theme and it will make it so you can use dark colors for everything and white text will be used instead of the black making it much easier to read! I have that on my computer right now and it works great.

I would like to ask there are a few images with very little icons on screen,Have they been removed to display the image on this forums or is there another way that you have all your program icons?.

Hi gwas, welcome to Windows EightForums! :)
They may have been 'hidden' to accentuate the background image, however, many have gotten used to the Start Screen or pin many applications to the taskbar, etc.
