Solved post delays

One just worked, but for how long, up and down for me here. Think this place doesn't like me.

Registered on another forum and it works fine there so i do not think it is a browser issue.

I have absolutely no explanation why the search facility has a delay for just you.

When you make a post does it show up straight away when you click the Find latest posts link in your profile or click on the number of posts?

Nope just tried it now, as just responded to one. Works fine on another forum, so i feel not the browser or system.

O.k. now it is showing up in Notifications every time, but won't disappear from there, highlighted in green constantly at top of forum page next to user name, even after i go there to check them. Will it always do this or is this a test from ADMIN ? Starting to show in "My Posts " where i also expected it to be. Sometimes!!!

Well responded to topics again, still tell me 22 hours ago i did. Guessing might be a lost cause i will have to live with it here. Just have to look at older posts to see if someone responded back, since it does not update or show my new ones.

Forgot about my Tablet, tried it there, same results.

As a test to see if it may just be an issue with your ISP's DNS server, see how it works while using Google Public DNS.

Hey i am not sure about this, not experienced in changing this. Any other alternatives ? I have Verizon FiOS fiber optic service. Had this service for a year and a half now and been here for a year.

That's ok. It was just to test and see. I must admit that I'm at a loss why this is happening to you. I just don't see anything on our end that would cause it for you and no one else.

Well, good topic for this forum then and all the knowledgeable ones here. Guess i will have to live with it. Not sure of that suggestion you gave me, wondering if i would mess things up. Unless possible a system restore will help if i did it.

Look you answered back this is what i saw in My posts, before and after i came to this post.Still post # 30 hours later.

Seems to be working most of the time now, still not sure what caused this, marking solved.
