Pointer & circle next to it keeps showing up

Please help
After I have installed Win *, everything was fine until yesterday when I start up, I notice where the Pointer is, every few seconds the circle will show up and roate a few seconds before disappearing again. This happens every few seconds, Its irratating and if we point at the Bookmark area, when this shows up the bookmark section disappear.

Welcome to the forums, does it look like in the pic? if it is, you can switch to normal select.

Yes, it does as shown by you. But I Normal Select it a few times it still shows the same (working in background)
