I recently bought this computer from an ad and see that I must have been ripped off. However the computer is still under warranty with HP and I have been in touch with their support whose recommendation is to do a complete system restore, which I assume will restore the original version of Windows that came with the computer. This computer doesn't have a CD/DVD drive and I have discs for Office 2007 which is a problem.
