I'm just wondering if anyone knows any lightweight software with features like image resize/canvas size/blur/brush/layering/text editing/color Platte/color picker and finally maybe a built-in image optimization system(optional) etc.
I mean something along the lines of photoshop but I don't really need all the features of photoshop, I have it ofcourse but I'm just wondering if anyone knows of something with the mentioned features.
Any advise is much appreciated.
