PDF 'Read out loud' function Disabled

Hello
I have this problem in foxit reader and adobe reader for all PDF files Then this problem is related to windows TTS.
I'm using latest version of foxit reader and adobe reader and updated windows!
This problem did not exist previously, I do not know why it was broken.
I do not get any error, but when playwould have no sound.

please tell me what shoud i do?

The screen shot you provided in your post shows that is it set to 0. That's what I was pointing out. I have no other comment for you.

@PJL: I totally agree with your first suggestion based on the image provided by the OP.
