PC's CPU keeps overheating and freezing computer

My friend has had this issue since he got his new Ironside PC, task manager says CPU is 100% while he's playing games. Help?

What is the temperature of the CPU when playing games?

There can be a few causes for your computer overheating. One cause is when people don’t keep their computers in proper positions. You must place your computer somewhere where the cooling vents aren’t blocked off. If the cooling vents are blocked, then the computer can easily start to overheat within just a few minutes.Sometimes the case may not be that simple and the computer fan may be broken. If this is the case, then you should take your computer to a repair shop immediately and get someone to replace and fix your fan. If a computer isn’t taken care of when it is overheating regularly, then it may not be able to boot up at all until the problem is fixed.
