Solved PC Has Black Screen After Installing AMD Driver For GPU

Okay, so everything was going fine with my computer until I get prompted to install a new graphics driver from the AMD screen that pops up. I hit express install and it installs and tells me to restart my pc. So I did, and it freezes during startup which caused me to restart my pc. After that happened, I can no longer get a display from anywhere, not even my integrated graphics. All I have is a black screen and no type of signal. I've tried HDMI, DV-I and even the blue one which name I can't even remember right now lol. Anyway, I'm sure that my graphics drivers are corrupted. Anyone know a way that I can fix this? I can't get on Windows at all because of the black screen and nothing showing up. Any help would be appreciated.

Okay, I ended up fixing this by connecting my pc to a TV by HDMI. Turns out my BIOS was corrupted. So for anyone having a problem like this, just connect your computer to your TV and it should come up.
