8.1 has been reinstalled and the issue persists. Graphics driver has been reinstalled 2-3 times. DRAM has been tested, no faults. Tried to fill up graphics memory with synthetic benchmarks, system didn't crash. Issue mainly comes up when playing Rocket League (maybe other games too, but I only play rocket league). Rocket league has been reinstalled multiple times.

Decided to upgrade my PC (unrelated to BSODs), bought a new motherboard and CPU a few days ago, and the issue still persists.

Haven't observed the crash on Kubuntu, but then again I'm unable to play games on it.
USB BugCode crashes are likely unrelated and fixed now.
