Outlook 2013 Notifications.

Hello again (it's been a long time...).

I use Outlook 2013 on Windows 8.1 but I don't like the notifications popping up at the top right hand corner of the screen. I always want to do something at that part of the screen when they come up. The ideal place would be down the bottom right hand corner from the, ironically enough, notification area. Is this possible? Because if it is, I can't find it.

I'm totally new to Outlook, but noticed on doing an image search that it must be, or was at sometime, possible .
