So, okay, an optional update showed up this morning to remove some broken Lenovo software: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/kb/3107998
But this machine I'm typing at is an ancient-ASUS-motherboard machine, not a Lenovo.
Now, in this house there IS a Lenovo laptop (that has yet to be updated, probably, since it's early morning and my daughter carried it into her room so I can't yet get to it...).
Did Microsoft distribute this "Lenovo Fix" optional update to regular nonLenovo PC users?
Or did Microsoft get their database(s) confused and think this aAm machine is a Lenovo machine?
Or what?
