Solved Only default user name is appearing in login screen

Windows 10 Single language login screen display only one user
which is default login user others missing. And when pressing switch user in ctrl+alt+del it
directly login to default user. What cause this problem and how do we solve this? I have
two users account 1.ABC and 2.Admin. Both of these are working and
switching user account is possible only by restarting and typing user name
in the login box and password but in normal windows 10 all users
names are appear on the left side in the login screen. please help

Hello Ngzek,

If you only see "Other user" on the sign in screen and have to enter both user name and password, then it sounds like you have may have enabled the Interactive logon: Do not display last user name security policy. Disabling will sort this for you if so.

Ok, I see now. You're wanting to have all users show on the sign-in screen. Using either option in the tutorial below to set this should be able to help, and keep the registry value set afterwards.

Brink I go through your tutorial given above but strange my problem still remain unsolved. Only newly created account by this admin account is displaying in login screen but not ABC account. Usually I have two user accounts one admin and the other ABC. When i login to admin account I cannot switch to ABC account, even abc user account is not visible in the user account only new account created through this admin account is visible. I cannot delete ABC account also because it is not visible to admin account. Only ABC folder is visible in Computer/Windows/users folder. What cause this problems and how do we solve it? Please help

If this has just recently happened, you could also see if doing a system restore using a restore point dated before this happened may be able to undo and fix this for you.

I don't see any issues it the details report.

Let's double check using METHOD TWO in the tutorial below to see if the "ABC" account is shown as a DWORD in the SpecialAccounts key. If it is, then delete the ABC DWORD and see if ABC is displayed on the Sign-in screen afterwards.

After modifying registry according to your option no2 user account Abc is now appearing in user account list but a weird thing is that two same admin are also displaying in the login screen. Resulting photos are given below-

Did you want the "Abc" account to be a guest account instead of a standard local account?

What is the "Mayo" account. I didn't see it listed in your account details report? Did you rename it from the "Robert" account?

Do you still have the box checked in netplwiz to require users to sign in at startup?

I replace Mayo by Robert in cmd text copy because its my real account but in hurry i forgot to rewrite Mayo in user account list
Now Abc account is displaying in control panel user account list but not in both netplwiz user accounts and login screen. Abc account should be standard account i dont know how it become guest account.

If you like, you might see if creating a new account to use instead of "Abc" will show on the sign-in screen. If it does, then you could delete the "Abc" account afterwards if you like.
