Ref my original post about the Logitech updater error after upgrading to 8.1.
I had a message that phoneman wanted to know what version of Logitech Setpoint that I had. I don't know, as I also uninstalled it. I'm going to install the latest version on this system as I installed the latest version on my other system and it has no problems (see below).
UPDATE on my second 8.1 system. It had the exact same problem after upgrading to 8.1. I don't know what version of Logitech Setpoint I had on that system but I did a manual update and that has taken care of the problem.
