Solved Not able to change my account type

I would like to change my account from standard to administrator, but my account isn´t visible
in "manage accounts".
I have tried both from my standard account and from my administrator account.

If the standard account is not listed while trying to change it's type using the options in the tutorial below while signed in to your administrator account, then.....

....double check to make sure that the standard account has not been disabled.

Thank`s for your answer Brink !

Since I couldn`t view my standard account in "manage account" I tried to check if the account was disabled .
Trying the first option in the tutorial , I found that the chapter "Local Users and Groups" were missing in my operating system.
In the elevated command prompt I found that the account was enabled.

Are you able to sign in to the standard account?

If so, then while signed in to an administrator account, see if you may be able to change the standard account's type using the command prompt in Option Four of the tutorial below since you were able to see the standard account in the command prompt.

The account wasn`t listed in any of the three groups.
Still I was able to make it an administrators account !
