No Volume Ctl in Tray

Have a fresh Win8.1 Install; over 100 updates installed already.

Audio Adapter: Intel ICH10 - High Definition Audio Controller [B0]
Can't enable the Volume Control for the Tray!

Is there a fix?
It worked fine before all these updates -- I think!

Solved! Use Task Manager to re-start Windows Explorer. Fixed it right up!
