Don't know if this is the right section or not...thought maybe maintenance but not sure....
When I power up my hp envy h8-1534 desktop with win 8.1, the pc comes up ok but there's no video...
When I do the Hard Reset procedure I get a nice bootup process and I have video...and all is good.
Do I have a video card problem, PS problem or what?
Any help would be appreciated and thanks.
