No RPEnabled listing in Explorer registry--for Windows 8 to 7 workarou

I'm not sure this is the right forum--but in trying to retrieve my Windows 7 Start button, I've followed the registry change workaround--but when I reach the "Explorer" listing, there's no RPEnabled listed in the right-hand column. What gives?

So far in the Windows 8 CP release, you will not be able to disable the Metro UI like in the previous releases.

No RPEnabled reg key...download vistart which seems to be best solution...tried and does the job adequately but hoping MSoft provides easy way got get rid of that metro crap!

I download window 8 in vmplayer and I must say so far Im not to impress with it- for one thing it to hard to move a round to find anything-- with no start button-- hope MS came to it sence on that one-- and I to did not find the RPEnabled reg key
