I set up OneDrive and a OneDrive icon appeared in system tray. But after reboot it is missing. I have an option to always show all tray icons selected. What should I do? Put skydrive.exe into autostart?
The Service should already be set for a Automatic Delayed Start, or just Automatic in Services. You can verify in Task Manager in the Services tab. It is common for the Onedrive icon to no longer show in the Icons on the right.
You shouldn't have to by default, but since none of the usual methods have helped, it would be easier to place a shortcut of the .exe in your Startup folder as a workaround instead of having to do more drastic measures (ex: system restore or refresh) to fix it.
Not that I'm aware of. Usually one of the options in the tutorial below sorts it. If this has just recently started to happen, then doing a system restore using a restore point dated before it started may be a good viable option.
