No display graphics card is plugged in.

I get no display when my graphics card is plugged in and only works when i plug in the VGA into the Motherboard.

I tried getting the drivers but it cant get the drivers if the GPU is plugged in. and if it is plugged in, i cant get the drivers.... I tried changing my primary graphics adapter to PCI-E in bios but it was already set to that.

Yes i made sure the cable and monitor were working and all plugged up.

What do i do?
