I only see the BSOD for a second and it says Driver IRQL Not Less Than Or Equal To.
It is only happening at boot up once or twice in a row and then everything works fine.
Everything is set to write crash dump files, and it will for any other reason other than this, but I'm not finding any specific issues... Very confused.

Sorry for the delay in responding. There just aren't that many people who do BSOD analysis, so at times we get a bit overwhelmed!

Do your still need help with this problem?
I will be notified if you reply to this topic and will respond within 48 hours.

While waiting, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings
Driver Verifier has good success with analyzing Driver IRQL Not Less Than Or Equal To errors.
