no bios manage options

That is your boot manager - how you getting into that?? You need to F10 to get into the bios settings - and change the boot order to your setup media first..

But it does not matter..

you have the USB Diskette listed third in your UEFI boot order - you have to move up to the top

once you get windows installed - you will then have to move OS bootmanager to the top of list

where did you get this media from?

the setup.exe is the one you need to boot - but that is not the new media created by the media tool..

there was problem with bios options and the service center guy just made it fine now its working all good
one more thing is there anyone who can help me to install mac os on hp laptop

no i dont have product key. actually the laptop is imported and hprecovery hard disk is formated and hp care centre they r not sending cds so i dun have it, i have downloaded windows 8.1 pro as u said sir :)
