Solved No Access to Windows Store on RT 8.1

Well over the last day or so, I've been unable to access to Windows Store on my Surface RT tablet. I've refreshed it, but that didn't fix the issue. I've completely reset the tablet. No go there either.

The error I receive is: Windows Store isn't available right now. Please try again later.

Initially, I was able to bring up the main screen of the Windows Store, but I'm unable to even do that now. Any help is appreciated.

It's working again on a Microsoft account. Just started working on it's own. Downloading my apps.

Well, I registered just to find out if anyone else had this issue (which I also did) but I couldn't confirm whether is issue was just limited to me, the rest of the UK or the whole world. But as you say it turns out to be working again.

It was starting to make me a bit restless having to wait for this to resolve itself as I'm in an unfortunate position where I have to support approx. 40 Surface RTs for a school. I was asked to install an app which would allow the teachers to take registers, lookup pupil data, etc.., however I only work 2 days a week here and I was halfway through the rollout of the app before being forced to give up. With no word from Microsoft either, I was getting almost quite stressed out. But as it's working again, I'm now rushing to get the app on as many devices as I can now.

One thing I notice is I cannot find the app call Bing Wikipedia Browser. I checked on my PC, and it mentions it's unavailable.

Yes, I've noticed a few apps which are no longer there which were, as well as a couple which were installed but suddenly not now.
