I just got my Alienware M17xR4 Windows 8-64bit and it crashed around 7-8 times the first night. Then I decided to reset and install my window 8 again. After I install drivers the problem came back.

BSOD:whea_uncorrectable_error

A new system should never have a problem like that. Don't do anything that will void your store warranty. Bring it back to the store and get a replacement.

I try to avoid that because I would have to ship back my laptop to Dell in Malaysia , my country doesn't support AW warranty.

Anyway , I try to blue screen viewer and it says hal.dll cause the problems. Any ideas?

Edit:Using windbg , it says probably caused by GenuineIntel

Since you've reinstalled Windows on a brand new computer - it's most likely that the STOP 0x124 WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR is a hardware problem. The hal.dll is further indication that it might be hardware.

Here's my analysis of the files that you uploaded:

Only 39 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 66 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

We have seen low-level BSOD issues with Daemon Tools - please follow these instructions:
Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): [DEL] DuplexSecure - FAQ [/DEL] Link broken as of 21 Jul 2012
New link (15 Aug 2012): DuplexSecure - Downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).
Alternate link: Disc-Tools.com
Manual procedure here: Registry and SPTD problems | DAEMON Pro Help

Razer GameBooster has been known to cause BSOD's. Please uninstall it to test. As the WinRing libraries for it date from 2008, it's compatibility with Win8 is suspect.

One of the BSOD's also shows issue with the network stuff - so it may be a bad network card (either wired or wireless). Test them by disabling each one (individually) in the BIOS and seeing if the BSOD's stop.

Also, update your wireless drivers to the latest, Win8 compatible version. Yours ( NETwNe64.sys ) dates from 2011, so it may not be compatible with Win8.

Ok. Now I have followed your instruction. I uninstalled daemon tools . razer game booster and change my antivirus to Windows defender .Also I enable my wireless in bios one at a time and all of them crash my system.
I force my system to crash by playing borderlands 2.Not exceeding 30 minutes each.
Sometimes it bsod as a machine_exception_check and it didn't restart automatically.

This really looks like hardware - but there's a lot of BitDefender in the dumps.
Please temporarily remove BitDefender (use Microsoft Security Essentials temporarily).

If the BSOD's continue - then it's most likely hardware.
Start with these free diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics

Make sure that you're using the system on a hard surface (and using a laptop cooling pad if possible).
Make sure that all dust/dirt is blown out of the vents with canned air (DO NOT use a vacuum or an air compressor as it can cause damage to the system).

I already run memtest with 6 passes overnight no errors. And now running Prime95.
Cpu seems to be very hot with 40-50 C idle and with small FFTs settings with 8 thread. Is that normal?
I'm using i7-3840qm cpu from intel.

40-50ºC on a laptop running Prime95 is OK - I don't worry until things get over 60ºC (and on some laptops even the low 60's are OK)

Why are you running Prime95 on Small FFT's? Blend is much more effective at testing the RAM - and the CPU tests listed later on my diagnostics page are (IMO) better tests of the CPU cache and memory controller of the i-Series CPU's

Oh , I mistyped. I use Small FFTs because I already ran memtest overnight.
My CPU is running around 40-50 idle AND 75-85 with Prime95 running.

Edit:After I run Furmark 1920*1080 15mins (temp was hovering around 70degC and fan 0%) it crash instantly after the redirect page show up with machine_check_exception and doesn't restart by itself. When I turn on my laptop it crash again shortly after entering desktop with same message.

75 to 85 is a bit high with Prime95 - check the cooling.
It sounds to me like a video card issue.

Either take it to a local shop to see if they can fix it (out of warranty)
or send it off to Dell in Malaysia (for warranty repair).
