New Windows 8.1 ISOs with November Rollup (Update 3)

Microsoft has unleashed new ISOs for it's Windows 8.1 operating system for MSDN subscribers, which includes the recent November Rollup Update, also known as Update 3. Much like when Windows 8.1 Update 1 came out, the ISOs include all the latest updates which is handy for those who frequently reinstall and dislike the update process.

No. Only since the last rollup.

Personally, I just install any available update via Windows Update to stay up to date.

Once fully updated, you could create a system image (ex: Macrium Reflect). This way if needed, you could restore the image to be up to date since the last time the image was created.
Thanks for help.
No, personally I like to download offline updates from a non Windows system.
In this way I keep the updates and I can install anytime I want on different computers or test in a virtual machine also I avoid Microsoft spoofing and its dirty invasive games by trying to automatically activate auto-updates.
