This probably belongs in the Security section because system image/reimage is probably the second most important thing after your AV.

Macrium Reflect v7.1.3169
24 April 2018

Changelog:
Bug Fixes v7.1.3169 - 24th April 2018

  • Macrium Image Guardian
On some computers, a situation could arise where Macrium Image Guardian would raise its protection level to the maximum, indiscriminately blocking all modifications to any image file. This has been resolved.

Just downloaded ReflectDL.exe, seems to be a patcher for Reflect, will see what happens next, hope there is no incompatibility.

This is where I found out about the up date. using Authors site(my usual 1st choice) it gave me version 5.3 which I already had. Going to Macriums site brings me to the upgrade/download for paid version. And lastly using Reflects built in updater shows no new version, and the link to the free version comes up 404.
Did one of the other links work for you at MG? Which one?

Oh well I'm not so worried, like brummyfan said

I learned in the Army "If it ain't broke don't fix it" and none of the new additions of fixes effect my monthly images, so I'll just wait until the programs updater notifies me in this case.

What I learned in the Navy was: "If it doesn't move, paint it.... If it moves, salute it." but programs are inherently broken and most of updates are just patches and fixes for them so I like to keep them updated.

I downloaded the free too. I got the 64 bit and the PE. (Over 500 Meg) only to find out it was what I already had . (5.3) I like AOMEI better anyway.
