hi everyone

my computer keeps disconnecting and I get an error message that tells me that my network wireless adaptor needs resetting,
which I do, this fix lasts a while and then it disconnects again, I have taken the computer back to PC World and they
have put a diagnostic check on it and it says that the adaptor is ok. Can anyone tell me if this can be fixed, if I reset
my computer back to factory settings could this cure the problem.

Regards Calmat

It may not be your computer at all, it may be your router. Try unplugging power to the router with the Wifi on it, for 10 seconds, then plug it back in, if your Wifi connection is saved in the Wifi List, it will auto reconnect.
