Need help with recent "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" BSODs

Heya everyone. It's been a while since I've visited these forums. Thanks again for helping me out with my audio problem last time. Recently I've been encountering a new problem as stated in the post title up there.

- Sometimes my monitor would just go black like it lost signal or when I disconnect the video cable from the pc, then it would come back after a bit but everything is frozen.
- Sometimes while browsing the internet after a couple of days, it would suddenly act like there's literally no internet connection even though the router/modem says otherwise, same with the little icon for the network connection in the taskbar saying there's internet access.

Those 2 symptoms don't always happen at the same time. Sometimes it's one or the other... But most of the time after that stuff happens, my pc ends up crashing with the whole, "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart" thing it does.

I dunno what's causing it and I've already tried running:
- DISM & sfc /scannow. It didn't really find anything wrong.
- I've also used CrystalDiskInfo & HDTune Pro to check if the drives are ok and results say they're fine.
- I checked event viewer and it said in one of the errors after the last crash that the "computer rebooted from a bugcheck. a dump was saved in C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP" and other stuff along those lines.

Anyway I followed the instructions pinned on this part of the forums regarding how to post the BSOD logs & stuff and have attached the necessary files made by the DM Log collector Tool.

Maybe someone can help me figure out what's causing this and if it's an easy, not-so-costly fix?
