Contact the person you bought the laptop from and get them to give you the key.

Looks like the MS Office that comes preinstalled as standard on many new computers. The computer does not come with a free MS Office, one needs to pay for a key to activate and start using it. If you want a free office suite, take a look at Apache OpenOffice - The Free and Open Productivity Suite and similar suites.

Yes, because it came preinstalled with the pc. We've all seen this version on our new computers...
