So as a last resort effort I tried again to use DDU and reinstall the 15.11.1 drivers from AMD, as of now no BSODs have occured since I wrote my last post, if nothing happens for two weeks I'm gonna put this up as solved, tho I'm still not sure what the problem was, maybe driver related.
